Service Areas

We offer nationwide delivery on all our products.

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us at info@ecologic.co.za or 076 632 4004 to discuss special arrangements.

Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1-3 business days processing time
  • Custom Orders: 5-10 business days processing time (we will notify you of exact timelines)
  • Bulk Orders: Processing time will be communicated upon order confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery

  • Johannesburg: 2-5 business days after processing
  • Pretoria: 2-5 business days after processing
  • Surrounding Areas: 3-7 business days after processing

Express Delivery (if available)

  • Next Business Day: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
  • Same Day: Available for urgent orders (subject to availability and additional fees)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and size
  • Delivery speed selected

Free Shipping: May be available for orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking information (where applicable)
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Process

Standard Delivery

  • Products will be delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with collection instructions

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest depot for collection
  • You will be notified of collection details

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is:

  • Complete and accurate
  • Includes contact phone number
  • Accessible during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Note: We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

We will notify you immediately if any delays are expected.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if damage is visible
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging

  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • We will investigate with the courier service
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund if the shipment cannot be located

Product Inspection

We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon delivery:

  • Check for any visible damage
  • Verify all items are included
  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We will arrange collection and send the correct items at no additional cost

Special Delivery Instructions

If you have special delivery requirements:

  • Provide detailed instructions at checkout or contact us before your order is dispatched
  • Include security access codes, gate codes, or specific delivery times
  • Note any restrictions (stairs, limited access, etc.)

Bulk or Commercial Deliveries

For large or commercial orders:

  • Additional delivery services may be available

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Our services are limited to South Africa, specifically Johannesburg and Pretoria regions.

Customs and Duties

Not applicable as we only ship domestically within South Africa.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:

  • We will contact you to verify your address
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery
  • Refunds will be processed minus original shipping costs
